I don’t subscribe to the local paper but I do get them daily. I’ve been to some store where they have people standing at the entrance or exit soliciting newspaper subscription for free or at a discounted price. I think somebody must of signed up and either put the wrong address on purpose or by accident. It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten the paper daily and have yet to see a bill. I don’t read the weekday paper because I get my news on-line and on TV so it either goes straight to the recycle bin or first used
