After dinner last night I contemplate whether to go watch Wolverine tonight or wait til Sunday night. It was around 7pm already. At first it was a NO but then at around 9:45pm we decided to go catch the 10:15pm show. We got there at 10pm on the spot but unfortunately the 10:15pm show was SOLD OUT! Geeezz it was late already but people were packed at the theater. Maybe because it was a Saturday night rather than a week night? Movie ticket price gotten pricey. It’s about $10.50 per person for those evening hours. I never pay full price because I always buy my tickets at Costco 2 for $15 with no date/time restrictions. Basically my ticket cost only $7 each
What a bargain huh? Normally arriving 45 mins before the show start is considered early but not this time. We still had to join a line of people who had already been waiting for who knows how long already. This gave me time to go grab my snacks & drinks. Moments later we got in, found out seats, watched some previews and enjoyed the show. BTW, most of the movie previews I saw had to do a lot with end of the world, life after, and some out of space creatures. Is this a sign? Hmmmm

X-Men Origins: Wolverine 5.02.09
Movie Review: I enjoyed it. It made my heart pound at times. I know there’s a lot of special effects and CGI/computer stuff but I was aware that it’s a movie adapted from a comic book so those were expected. They were still pretty cool. The girl who played Kayla is beautiful – I’ll have to Google her name and see what other movie she plays. At times I was cheering on Wolverine and hope that he will destroy his brother for what he had done to hi. They say “Blood is Thicker than Water” I wonder if it applies to these Super-Hero movies or not? Yeah, I’m a bit emotional no matter what movie genre I watch. Overall it was good, worth my money, my time and definitely better than the boring, put me to sleep movie Watchmen.

Watchme is not for kids like you, that why you find it boring.
Hugh (Huge) Jackman must have worked out for years prior to filming this
