Warm weather is here and soon it will be summer. My cravings for hot rice porridge, Pho, or any hot noodle soup for that matter, has greatly diminish. But the craving for noodles (rice, eggs, or wheat) is still here. Mi Goreng was on sale 3 pkg for 99 cents. I purchase a box of 30 pkg and it came to $8.99. Mi Goreng is currently my favorite Instant Noodle right now because it’s tasty and very quick and simple to put together. If you don’t know what it is or what it look like, you can click here. It comes in different flavors but I stick with the plain original kind as it will be easier for me to adjust to my taste and add other meats and veggies. My Mi Goreng, have it with a side of fried egg and add some cilantro, a wedge of lime, fried garlic and red pepper is Y-U-M-M-Y !!!
