I recently moved so I no longer have access to the plum tree. Will have to wait until I get my hands on them again from elsewhere. However, I believe I just used  a mixture of salt that has been dissolve in hot water and then allow it to cool just a little bit before pouring on to the cleaned plums. Allow to sit at room temperature for a week a so, depending on the climate in your area. What I don&#039;t have for is the measurements.</description>

		<description>omg i love pickled plums...everytime its plum season here in Australia we go around with plastic bags and gather as much as we can, we also pickle the small unripened apples which is even nicer than the plums!

i am loving ur site...if only i was in the states i would be ordering ur sausages :)</description>
