Here is my take on Vietnamese Hot & Sour Soup known in Cambodian as “Somlaw Machew Youn”. As always there are variations and the ingredients I used are what I had at the moment. It was fairly convenience for me to make this soup because most of the ingredients are can or frozen with the exception of the cherry tomatoes and the rice paddy herbs.
