Last time when I made Caramelized Pork with Quail Eggs I was pleased with the results. I wanted to try something different this time by making a dry version of Caramelized Pork ខរសាច់ជ្រូកស្ងួត (Kaw Sach Jrook Sngout) and without the eggs.

So those that know me well knows that I have a hard time keeping my nails long. I have a history of biting my nails. In grade school I do it constantly without any rhyme or reason however during the college years I notice that I only bite them when I am nervous. Especially when taking exams.
