Hi Khatiya,
Made some banana and tapioca pearl in coconut milk last weekend with the vanilla extract, well not really, it was the imitation kind. It was all we have since I haven’t had the time to buy the real thing. I could smell the different with it. I try the banana extract thing a long time ago. Don’t care for it. Thanks again! BTW do you how made bak ben? Not sure if I spell it right.

I know, my Mother normally use banana extract/essences when she makes desserts. But vanilla is great too, it gives a nice aroma.
