Papaya & Mango Salad with Seafood

This salad was inspired by a dish I had while dining at a restaurant called Phó Appétit . I went straight to the grocery store afterward to buy the ingredients and try and make it at home. That evening, I made my first attempt and we loved it very much, more than the one I ordered.
