Yes I know, another Bok Lahong post. This time I made it with Salty Crab. The recipe was post before but since I redesign my website I thought I revisit again and share with you some new (better) pix of my Papaya Salad with Salty Crab (Bok Lahong Kdarm Prai) បុកល្ហុងក្តាមព្រៃ.
The steps on how to make this Papaya Salad is the same as what I’ve shared before in my Basic Papaya recipe. The salty crab was nuke in the microwave for 1 minute prior to adding to the mortar & pestle for pounding. It it along with sugar, shrimp paste, lime juice ..etc.. And that is pretty much it. See how simple that is?
Pair it with Cambodian Sausage -Kwah Ko, Roasted Chicken or Grilled Pork Patties.
