Hello Autumn! Yup, autumn/fall officially starts today; well in the United States that is. 
I like this season but just not the start of it. We have a heat advisory in effect until 11 PM tonight. Great way to welcome the fall season huh? 
More like “hello Summer”. LOL
I wanna make an announcement. 
A new item has been added to my store. Cambodian Salty Sun-Dried Fish (Trey Ngeat ) ត្រីងៀត is made by my Mother. This item has been available for purchase quiet sometime but to the locals ONLY as they are limited. But, recently my Mother was able to get fresh caught catfish and while the warm weather is still lingering around, it’s prefect to make salty sun-dried fish.
I’ve been enjoy them these past couple of days but since there is a heat wave going on it’s too hot to eat them for breakfast with hot steamy rice porridge so I opt to have them with rice and ice cold water. Watermelon would also be nice, 
which reminds me I have to go and get some today.
