My fridge is going empty with meats and fresh veggies so this mean that dinner is limited to the stuff I have at hand which is chicken and onion. I have been wanting to utilize my Mother’s homemade Kwah Ko (Cambodian Sausage) in other dishes beside eating them with steamed rice, watermelon or papaya salad.
