Cambodian Chicken Lime Soup with Oyster Mushrooms

Oyster mushrooms is one of my favorite type of mushrooms. I like Shitake mushroom as well but I can’t have too much of it. The flavor tend to be a bit too strong for me and the smell can also give me a headache. Used in moderation, like in Clay Pot Chicken Rice, then it’s ok, just IMO.
