Hello, my name is Khatiya. I am the only cook, blogger, photographer and designer of Khatiya-Korner.com. I enjoy writing about a variety of things ranging from food & cooking with recipes, beauty, movie reviews and then there are those random rantings. I hope that you find the information provided helpful such as my recipes and cooking tips. Currently I reside in the Bay Area, CA.
Business
Among blogging, creating Youtube videos and updating my personal website (www.Khatiya-Korner.com) I do have other hobby. With my passion in handcraft jewelry and experience in the computer field, I decided to launch Asianiva Gift Shop.
I stand behind my craftsmanship 100% and each beaded jewelry design is constructed by me when orders are placed. All beaded jewelry is handcrafted and nothing is mass produced, so you are sure to find jewelry that is thoughtfulness with a personal touch and can be a treasured heirloom for years to come. All work is done in my Studio where it is pet free and smoke free. Only the finest materials are used in my beaded jewelry creations. My work is done with tender, love and care. If you are looking for a special, inspirational, or one-of-a-kind beaded jewelry design for someone special or yourself, just let me know.
In addition to designing jewelry I am not assisting my Mother in selling Cambodian Sausages known in Khmer as Kwah Ko. For more details about this please click here.

Hi Khatiya,
I just wanted to say thank you for your recipes. I have been wanting to make certain khmer dishes for a long time and it’s hard to get the recipes from old folks. Little bit of this and a little bit of that. boy! But I’m glad I came across you website and I am very excited to start trying out your recipes. So a big thanks from a khmer girl.
Dina
You are my lifesaver and my husband’s! Shortly after becoming a mother and wife I knew I’d have to learn how to cook Khmer food asap. My husband loves Khmer food and I could ask my mom but even she runs out of ideas for innovative Khmer foods. She’s been in the state’s for 20+ years. So it’s great that you came along and created this. Thank you!!! Please keep the recipes coming.
Akira,
You are very welcome. I’m glad that my work has helped out many like you. Will definitely try to bring back more of our Cambodian dishes to share with viewers.
