My Mother makes Cambodian Sausage known in Khmer as Kwah-Ko for sale. Currently she sells them to the locals in Stockton, CA. Her sales are done by word of mouth. I would like to help my Mother by extending her sales to those that lives out of town and are interested in purchasing them. For the curious mind, these sausages are made with beef with a blend Khmer spices.
She makes them on a regular basis to accommodate the locals last minute demands. Sometime she gets large orders especially when her customers has visitors from out of town. It’s like an edible souvenirs from California. 
It makes a very easy and tasty lunch at the office. So share it among your friends, families and even neighbors, if they are nice. Here’s an in-dept detail information.
Pricing
The price for the sausage are 2 for $1. Please refer to the uncooked and cooked image for size reference.
A medium/regular flat rate box can accommodate up to 50 sausage with packaging material. Therefore a fully loaded box with priority shipping (delivery confirmation included) will cost $35. Minimum order is 1 box (50 sausages).

Payment
I accept Paypal payment for those that have paypal account. Mail payment will be accepted on a case by case basis. Note that mail-in payment will take longer to receive and/or clear (if paying with personal check). For this reason, your order might be delay. Just contact me if you have questions.
Shipping
Shipping will be done every Monday to ensure that it arrives to you promptly as shipping mid-week might not be safe for the item due to delays and end up sitting at the post office over the weekend. Exceptions will be made for those that are closer to home or if shipment can be delivery by end of business on Friday.
I ship ONLY via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. USPS estimates priority mail to take around 2-3 business days depending on how far the destination is. Shipment will either originate from Stockton or the Bay Area.
If you would like to have it next-day please let me know. However, pricing for Express Mail will be higher.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final as these are perishable. It is highly recommend that you unravel your order as soon as you get it. Care instructions are sent with delivery confirmation. If you are in doubt I suggest you contact recent buyers for advice as there will be no refunds or exchanges. sorry.

Are the sausages like the ones from rhode island or philadelphia? I bought some kwah koh from philadelphia and it comes in a pack of 4. The sausages are small and red. So tasty. Just wondering if it’s just like that one.

I’ve personally have not been in those 2 states to see the package you are referring to. These are Cambodian style which has been cured so it has a little sour taste and not sweet sausages.

These Cambodian Sausages are cured. My Mother ship them out across the states every Monday to ensure they get delivered safely promptly within 2-3 business days.

These sausages freeze well. If you are not able to finish it, just put it in the freezer and you can grill them as you go. There is no need to defrost either.
I just got my order of sausages yesterday and threw a couple on the grill just to taste and I have to say it’s one of THE BEST Kwah ko I’ve had. I do like mine very sour so i’m gonna leave them out for a couple days hanging on a rack but seasoned wise it’s perfect! I will be placing more orders soon to give out to my mom and aunts. Is there a special discount you give if someone orders a certain amount?

Perhaps you can split the purchase with a friend, family or neighbor? The reason is, you will end up paying $11 for shipping for your $10 worth of sausage. These sausage also freeze well so it can last for a very long time. I just pull it out of the freezer and it goes straight to the grill. Bring some along to share on your next gathering.
