Every time I order a Nachos I get asked “What would you like on your Nachos?”  Then I become puzzled, “uhh, what do you have?” They then start telling me all the available toppings such as: ground beef or chicken, corn, refried beans, cheese, salsa, onions, sour cream, olives, tomatoes and so forth.
