Papaya & Mango Salad with Seafood This salad was inspired by a dish I had while dining at a restaurant called Phó Appétit . I don’t have anything prepared for lunch so it worked out perfectly. Hacienda Crossing (Dublin, California) is where I went today. It has a lot of shops and restaurants along with an IMAX theater.
