I am not a coffee drinker but lately I’ve been enjoying the taste of ice coffee.  I purchase the Starbucks Frap at Costco because it was on sale. It didn’t last long and I find it pricey, yeah I’m cheap like that.   So I thought of a more cost effective way to enjoy the taste of ice coffee. I purchase what they call the 3-in-1 instant coffee packet at the Asian Supermarket and use the empty Starbucks Frap to make my own.  For me, it taste just as good if not better. The empty bottle works great because it a perfect size for what the packet calls for.  I just pour the instant coffee into each bottle, add my favorite flavor such as condense milk and/or caramel and top it off with boiling/hot water.  Give it a stir, top the lid and let it sit for about 30mins so that the content fully dissolves.  Then I transfer it to the fridge.  Give it a shake before you drink and there you have it, an affordable and delicious homemade ice coffee.
