Actually it was ready the next day. Perhaps it the warm sun that speed up the pickling process but I had transfered it to the fridge ever since. I got some people asking me how it taste like and if it was comparable to any other pickle unripe fruit. It’s hard for me to describe
yup, I ate them all. 
As I went outside to gather some more plums to pickle, it turned out that they have grown bigger and the skin turned a little yellow which makes the flesh a bit soft and sweet. Now I wish I had made more that time but who knows it would turned out this good?
