One of the highlights during my first trip to Cambodia back in 2006 was FOOD. Among the many authentic Cambodian dishes I sampled one particular stood out. My fridge is going empty with meats and fresh veggies so this mean that dinner is limited to the stuff I have at hand which is chicken and onion.
