Another Cambodian comfort food. I think pickled lime ណាំងូវ (Num Ngov) is an acquired taste because I recall growing up not liking the smell so it was hard for me to take a step forward and eat the darn soup. But as time goes by I got used to it and became a fan of Pickled Lime Chicken Soup ស្ងោរម៉ាន់ណាំងូវ (Sngor Mon Num Ngov).  I crave it even more when I moved away from my Parents. Vietnamese Seafood Hot & Sour Soup

Here is my take on Vietnamese Hot & Sour Soup known in Cambodian as “Somlaw Machew Youn”.  As always there are variations and the ingredients I used are what I had at the moment.  It was fairly convenience for me to make this soup because most of the ingredients are can or frozen with the exception of the cherry tomatoes and the rice paddy herbs. :mrgreen: If you have access to all fresh ingredients by all means, go for it.  I’ve made a video as well, but will need to edit down a bit before
