Kroeung Khmer is made with all fresh spice and aromatics. Many of the ingredients used such as chilies, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves are either from my garden or from our friends & family home garden in Stockton. There are no chemicals, preservatives or additives. Kroeung is widely used to make many authentic Cambodian Classic dishes.
Fully cooked & concentrated. No fermented fish, not smelly or fishy at all. Clean and quality ingredients. Just add 2-3 tablespoons per serving. Make for yourself or make to sell.
