Where are you located?
Stockton, CA – online presence only. Not a physical store.

When will ALL products be added back to the store?
Slowly but surely everything and much more will be added and available for ordering.

What types of payment do you accept?

What day of the week do you ship out?
Orders are process and ship out every Monday unless it’s a holiday. This is to ensure that your order arrives promptly and at it’s best. Shipping mid-week or during peak holiday season (Thanksgiving & Christmas) might cause unexpected delays which lead to orders left idle at the post office. Exceptions will be made for shipping to cities that are closer to Stockton, CA as transit time tends to be shorter than across the state.

What is the cut off time to have my order ship out the next round?
Many of our products are made fresh to order therefore ALL orders MUST BE place by Saturday in order for it to be process for shipping on Monday. If an order is receive on Sunday, it might not make it out the next day (Monday). Instead it will have to wait until the following Monday. We will make every attempt to fulfill last minute orders, but please keep this in mind. SALES ON PERISHABLE ARE FINAL. NO RETURN, NO REFUND or EXCHANGE. NON PERISHABLE CAN BE RETURN FOR A REFUND. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COST INCUR IN SENDING IT BACK TO US.

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, no international shipping at this time due to transit times, customs and regulations.

Do you offer local pick up/delivery?
Local pick up is available with advance orders.

What shipping carrier and method do you use?
We ship using USPS (United States Postal Service) and use only Priority Mail service. USPS (United States Postal Service) is available to all US states. No shipping to P.O Box please.

How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping will depends on your order size. Please refer to the chat below for reference. You can also check by adding products to your cart and proceed to checkout. It will calculate the cost of shipping for you.

Where’s my order?
Once your order is ship, the tracking information will be sent to your email used at the time of ordering.

What’s the best way to store my perishable?
Please refer to each product page for details on how to handle your order once it arrives as well as how to store them for later use.
