Kroeung Khmer is made with all fresh spice and aromatics. Many of the ingredients used such as chilies, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves are either from my garden or from our friends & family home garden in Stockton. There are no chemicals, preservatives or additives. Kroeung is widely used to make many authentic Cambodian Classic dishes.

Kroeung Khmer has been previously frozen to help them stay nice and cool during transit. Upon delivery immediately transfer to the freezer for extended life. You can also portion them out for easy cooking. They freeze very well. Kroeung tend to defrost quickly, especially when using over heat. Just break of a piece and cook it with the rest of your ingredients. The heat will aid in breaking them into pieces.
