Homemade in USA dried catfish from our local water here in California. Cleaned, fillet, salted, seasoned and dried. These are seasonal and quantity is always limited as it depends on the catch of the fishing season. Not too salty and pairs well with hot steamy rice porridge, or eaten with rice and watermelon for that a quick and easy Cambodian meal. Our Khmer fisherman goes out seasonally to fish for these wild caught catfish.
