Homemade in USA sun dry catfish that we caught ourselves from local water here in California. Cleaned, marinate and sun dried to perfection. All natural ingredients. No MSG, no artificial colors or preservations. Quality and taste you can trust. These are seasonal and quantity is always limited as it depends on the catch of the fishing season. Taste just like Cambodia but not too salty. Pairs well with hot steamy rice porridge, or eaten with rice and watermelon for that a quick and easy Cambodian meal. We go out and fish for these wild caught catfish.
